Only LOCAL candidates will be considered. Selected candidate must be able to work in downtown Orlando at our offices. We are a digital agency looking for a talented drop-out, graduate or self-taught Developer Lead for the team.

You should be a fast learner or with experience in php, javascript, and ideally WordPress. The position is a combination of code, labor estimation, and project leadership/management (we can teach the second two by throwing you in the deep end). You need to be great at organizing and communication and able to engineer solutions and follow through with coding them.

While we’re looking for rockstar talent, we’re more interested in passion, drive, positive attitude and a willingness to work hard to make the internet a better place. This is a mission, not a job.

Strong knowledge needed:
-HTML
-CSS
-PHP
-Javascript
-Git
-jQuery
-AJAX
-RESTful APIs
-Wordpress
-Linux/Apache/NGINX server platforms

Bonus points if you have experience with:
-Agile development methodology
-Shopify
-Front-end Development Automation Tools (Grunt/Gulp)
-CRM integrations (Salesforce, Agile, Zoho, HubSpot, etc), shopping engines (Woocommerce, Drupal Commerce, Shopify, Magento, SilverStripe), and complex integrations.
-Understanding of data interchange formats (XML and JSON)
-Experience with caching and other website performance technologies/services (CDN/Varnish)

You should love learning and want to grow with your team. We’re looking to hire mid-level and higher level so pay may vary greatly depending on experience, skill set and attitude but it’s likely to start at $50k and grow as the company grows.
